The AEMC 2118.84 Spring-Loaded Kelvin Probes are designed for use with the AEMC Model 6240 and 6255 Micro-Ohmmeters. These probes are capable of measuring low resistances with high accuracy when used with a Micro-Ohmmeter (not included) that features 4 to 6 millimeter diameter binding posts or 4 millimeter diameter safety terminals.

The AEMC 2118.84 Spring-Loaded Kelvin Probes ensure good contact at the measurement point even if the surface is uneven. Each probe offers very low resistance in which the measurement is made in 4-wire mode. Measurements made in 4-wire mode do not require lead resistance compensation.
