The Aven 26800B-716 Digital Microscope offers a high-definition, auto-focus inspection system with a 22 inch monitor that offers a superb image quality at 60 frames per second. The working distance is at 6 inches with a magnification range of 7x to 70x. The user can operate this system with or without a PC. Without a PC, the camera connects directly to the included HDMI monitor. The user can then view and record images using the included on-screen tools. Images and videos can be saved to the included SD card. The user can connect the camera to a PC to utilize more advanced features within the included software.

The LED Ring Light is built into the focus mount to ensure that it is secure and will not come loose. This design is ideal for applications that require operators to scan over large objects.

High-Speed Auto-Focus

The advanced sensor technology of the Mighty Cam Pro provides instant focus making routine inspection faster and easier. The user can choose from continuous auto-focus, one-click auto focus, or manual focus. The camera will automatically focus within a fraction of a second without manually adjusting the lens or focus block via clicking any area of interest on the screen.

No Computer Required

The Mighty Cam Pro is designed to be an advanced camera while also being user friendly and convenient. The HDMI mode provides features that typically require operators to connect their camera to a computer.

With this system, the user can save image or video files directly to a SD card. Measurements can be accurately calibrated and executed on the screen itself. On the screen itself, notes can be added and saved as image files. A range of measurement units are available and includes inches, millimeters, centimeters, and more. The line and shape measurement tools along with the features of angle measurement, grid overlays, and image reviewing all create a high-performing inspection system.

USB Mode – Advanced Imaging, Measurement Software

The Mighty Cam Pro also features an USB output for computer connectivity. The included software package features advanced capabilities exclusive to this USB mode.

The Photo Stitching Mode allows for the user to create large panoramic images by 'stitching' them together. The advanced software detects and continuously builds an image while an object is moved beneath the camera's lens. For best results, it is recommended that operators use a gliding stage while operating in this mode. The Depth of Field Detection capability creates images where the entire object is in focus. The Image Capture function saves high-resolution image and video files to the user's PC. The Measurement Tools work to calibrate and execute accurate measurements with a large selection of line, shape, angle, and grid tools.

Precision Engineered Macro Lens

The macro lens offers unsurpassed clarity and parfocal zoom capabilities. These lens provide manual adjustment of focal length, iris, and focus. The lens have a C-mount and working distance of 6 to 18 inches.

Ultra Glide Stand

The smooth movement of the ball bearing construction slide allows operators to move the microscope easily over and across the object being viewed. The heavy-duty, coated table base provides excellent stability while the all-metal construction offers higher durability. The included UNC bolt and safety clamp of the stand allows for further safety and protection of the unit.

LED Ring Light and Focus Mount

The ring light consists of 60 eco-friendly daylight LEDs that produce a light intensity of 35,000 lux and a color temperature of 5600K. The LEDs are rated for over 20,000 hours of service. The ring light is mounted securely onto a standard focus mount that offers both coarse and fine focus. The unit includes a power supply box with variable dimming control. The LED Ring Light is built into the focus mount to ensure that it is secure and will not come loose unlike other ring lights attached to the lenses.
