The Benchmark Scientific D1033-RF-28 prefilled, reinforced 2ml tubes contain an appropriate amount of 2.8mm diameter stainless steel beads for bead homogenization. These reinforced tubes allow for longer homogenization times for touch samples. They also come ready to use – the beads are alcohol washed and heat treated to remove contaminants and render them nuclease- and protease-free. This pack of 50 tubes is suitable for homogenization of tough, hard samples, muscle, plant materials, seeds and dried samples. Supplied in pack of 50 tubes. They are suitable for use with most bead homogenizers, including the BeadBug 3, BeadBug 6 and BeadBlaster 24 units.
