Analog Surface Resistance Meter Kit
19784
19784
The Desco 19784 Analog Surface Resistance Meter Kit can be used for determining if a surface is dissipative, conductive, or insulative. The automatic test range voltage selection starts tests at 10 volts and automatically switches to 100 volts if the measurement is over < 1 x 10^5 ohms. The included electrodes and leads can be used for RTT and RTG measurements.
- For determining if surface is dissipative, conductive, insulative
- NIST calibrated
- Analog compliance verification Surface Resistance Checker
- Use to test worksurfaces, shelving, carts, garments, chairs to ANSI/ESD S20.20 per ESD TR53
- Automatic test range voltage selection per compliance verification ESD TR53
- Starts tests at 10 volts and automatically switches to 100 volts if the measurement is over 105 ohms
- Portable operation with 9V battery
- No charging or sourcing of special batteries needed
- LED illuminates when battery power is low
- Prevents operator from making bad measurements
- Includes set of 5 lb electrodes and leads, for use with the meter to measure resistance point-to-point (RTT) and resistance to ground (RTG)
- NIST Calibrated with Certificate
The Desco 19784 Analog Surface Resistance Meter Kit is a portable battery-powered instrument designed to measure resistance point-to-point (RTT) and surface to ground (RTG). The meter is equipped with an automatic test voltage selector. The test voltage will switch from 10V to 100V should the measured resistance exceed 1 x 105 ohms.
