The Digi-Sense WD-08500-55 is a Type-T Thermocouple Probe for use with liquids, gases and semi-solids. The probe handles feature a strain relief spring that protects the cable connection against damage due to repeated flexing and tugging. It comes with blue ANSI mini-connectors.
