The Digi-Sense WD-93601-06 is a Type-T Thermocouple Hypodermic-Tip Probe designed for soft and semi-soft materials. The probe handles feature a strain relief spring that protects the cable connection against damage due to repeated flexing and tugging. It comes with blue colored ANSI mini-connectors.
