Instead of purchasing an entire set of calibration weights, the 80859550 is designed to test the balance with only two weights to maintain the user's instrument for maximum accuracy and repeatability.

This set contains two high quality, precision weights that can be used with the Explorer, Adventurer, Pioneer, and PR series of balances. The supplied weights offer the recommended calibration weight, 10% of the calibration weight, and the minimum weight as determined by the balance's readability and expected standard deviation under normal conditions as recommended by USP 41.
