This unit can reach up to 680°F and feature 3 temperature control modes for quick heating or precise heating without overshoot. Users are provided with a SafetyHeat feature that is an early detection system using two independent safety controls to continuously monitor the electronics and shut off heating before an overtemperature occurs. This tool also features a backlight LCD display with an integrated heating/stirring status indicators in green and a prominent hot top indicator in yellow.
