Phase II 900-355
Digital Motorized Brinell Hardness Tester
The Phase II 900-355 Digital Motorized Brinell Hardness Tester features a load cell driven system which provides precise control of the test force application. Users can obtain direct digital readings in which conversion to Rockwell, Brinell, or Vickers hardness scales is possible.

- Max measurable depth: 140mm
- Dimensions: 530mm x 260mm x 750mm
- Power supply: 220/110V, 20/60 Hz, 4A
- Load cell driven system provides precise control of test force application
- Direct reading
- Engineered to obtain highly sensitive and accurate readings
- Innovative closed-loop technology: Test load applied via closed-loop control unit with load cell, DC motor and electronic measurement and control unit; result is highly accurate Brinell hardness measurements at all test loads up to 0.5%; Common load overshoot or undershoot known from traditional deatd weight -- or open-loop -- is eliminated; absence of mechanical weights not only eliminates problems caused by friction, but also makes equipment less sensitive to misalignments caused by vibration

The Phase II 900355 Digital Motorized Brinell Hardness Tester incorporates the latest load cell technology. The test load is applied via a closed-loop control unit with a load cell, a DC motor and an electronic measurement and control unit. The result is highly accurate Brinell hardness measurements at all test loads up to 0.5%. The common load overshoot or undershoot as known from traditional dead weight, or open-loop, systems is eliminated. The absence of mechanical weights not only eliminates friction problems but also makes the Phase II 900375 less sensitive to misalignments caused by vibrations.
