The PROMAX COMPACTMAX-2 DVB-S/S2 to DVB-T2 Transmodulator with Common Interface allows for Satellite TV channels (DVB-S or DVB-S2) to be distributed in Second Generation Digital Terrestrial Television (DVB-T2) format. This unit can be connected to up to 4 satellite inputs to deliver up to 4 DVB-T2 muxes with dynamic webserver management.

The PROMAX CompactMax2 DVB-S/S2 to DVB-T2 Transmodulator with Common Interface is a compact transmodulation system that allows you to distribute Satellite TV channels (DVB-S or DVB-S2) in Second Generation Digital Terrestrial Television (DVB-T2) format. It can be connected to up to 4 satellite inputs (2 inputs for free channels and 2 for encrypted ones) to deliver up to 4 DVB-T2 muxes with dynamic webserver management via remote control. It is integrated into a 19 in. 1U Rackmount case; it can also be mounted directly on the wall.
Convert Satellite TV Channels (also Encrypted and HD) to DVB-T2 Format
The satellite input channels can be high definition (HD) or standard definition (SD) and they can be free or encrypted because the system incorporates on the front panel two Common Interface slots allowing you to distribute encrypted programmes as free view.
Remote Control via LAN or Internet
CompactMax-2 can be connected to a LAN local network or to the Internet using its RJ45 connector. In this way remote control can be done from any PC computer using the integrated webserver which does not require installation of any additional software.
19 in. Rack Mounting: Broadcasters and TV Distribution Networks
CompactMax-2 is integrated into a standard 19 in. 1U high rack case. It can be used in TV headends in hotels, convention centres, hospitals, ships, etc. It can also be used as a TV repeater to cover shadow areas.
