The PROMAX CT-347 1000V/1000A AC/DC Smart Multi-Function Current Clamp Meter features automatic measurement selection and is able to measure impedance, capacitance, diode test, continuity test, frequency, and temperature. These measurement items are suited for use by electrician installers in their everyday work. This unit allows for working in both direct (DC) and alternating (AC) current installations along with measuring electronic components and temperature up to 750 degrees Celsius. This unit is CAT III (1000V) compliant for higher levels of safety.

The automatic measurement type selection prevents errors that may damage the instrument when configuring the ranges. By preventing these errors, this unit is useful for training or vocational school education where usage of the meter is still being learned.

The CT-347 can toggle automatically between voltage or current AC/DC while adjusting the measurement range. Smart auto-selection of the electronic component under test (impedances, capacitors, diodes) is also featured within the unit.
