The Protimeter BLD4755-KIT Flooring Kit allows flooring inspectors to make moisture measurements in concrete floor slabs using the relative humidity in-situ probe method. The In-situ humidity test is being adopted worldwide and is considered the most accurate way for contractors and inspectors to ensure that the moisture levels in the concrete slab meet the recommended requirements prior to installing a floor covering.

Moisture levels in floor slabs are critical to understand as excessive moisture can lead to catastrophic and expensive floor failures. Global standards in place such as ASTM F2170.

The BLD4755KIT does not include the MMS2 Moisture meter, but it does come with all the components you can use to get the most out of your meter: 20 adjustable humidity sleeves, a carbide-tipped spiral masonry 3/4" drill bit and drill stop, a wire cleaning brush, 5 protimeter mini hygrostick probes, a mini hygrostick insertion and extraction tool, mini hygrostick extension lead, a salts calibration test bottle and adapter, a data cable with software cd, and a rugged carrying case to transport it all.
