The RIDGID 248 Concrete Soil Pipe Cutter has large diameter cutting wheels and a long handle. A set of chains with cutter wheels tighten around pipe until it breaks. The chain cuts on 4" Class 22 water main and 2" to 5" extra heavy duty soil pipe. With a unique hooking mechanism, the integral ratchet handle minimizes trench width and stays parallel to pipe.
