The RIDGID RC-2375 Ratchet Action Plastic Pipe and Tubing Cutter features an advanced blade design and ratcheting mechanism. It reduces the amount of hand force needed. The "X-CEL" blade pin enables a blade change without tools or lost clips or screws.
