The Socomec DIRIS A-40 ETHERNET (48250501) Multifunction Power Metering and Monitoring Device with Ethernet & RS485 Modbus is a panel-mounted power monitoring device for measuring and monitoring parameters such as voltage, current, power, energy and power quality of electrical installations. It allows for the analysis of a single-phase or three-phase load. The DIRIS A-40 is compliant with the IEC 61557-12 standard, guaranteeing quality and accuracy.
The DIRIS A-40 is compatible with solid-core TE, split-core TR/iTR, and Rogowski coil TF smart current sensors (sold separately). The three current sensor formats allow integration of the device into new and existing electrical installations.
The DIRIS A-40 (48250501) is equipped with RS485 Modbus RTU, Ethernet Modbus TCP, and BACnet IP communication, making integration into Energy Management Systems easy.
The power meter offers a configuration wizard, guiding the user step by step during the first power on. It also detects and corrects configuration errors. This cuts the commissioning time in half and ensures consistent readings.
The IoT ready DIRIS A-40 is connected to the cloud, enabling data to be exported automatically for remote operation without any limit on time, distance and time in storage.
