The Socomec DIRIS Digiware IO-10 (48290140) Digital Input/Output Module provides more versatility to the Digiware system, enriching it with multiple features. The module has 4 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs. The digital inputs can be used to monitor the status of third-party devices, such as the physical position of a protective device (ON/OFF, trip), and to collect pulses from multi-fluid meters. The digital outputs allow the remote control of protective devices by sending a binary output signal. Alarms can be configured and assigned to the digital outputs.
The IO module can be easily added anywhere within the measurement system thanks to its quick RJ45 connection. The modular format further allows the quick connection of a large number of input/output modules (additional units sold separately).
