The Teledyne FLIR TG298 High-Temperature Spot Infrared Thermal Camera offers users an instrument with a fast boot-up time of six seconds that features a bullseye laser pointer for visually highlighting measurement areas. Directly on the camera, users are provided with alarms and can perform timelapse image capture, trending, or logging.

The Teledyne FLIR TG298 High-Temperature Spot Infrared Thermal Camera allows users to accurately measure objects with temperatures up to 1976°F (1080°C) with a 30:1 spot size ratio. The bullseye laser pointer visually highlights the measurement area so that temperatures can be more accurately measured at their center. Directly on the camera, users are provided with alarms and can perform timelapse image capture, trending, or logging.

The TG298 Spot Infrared Thermal Camera aids users within manufacturing, building, facility, and automotive settings troubleshoot equipment, perform diagnostics, and ensure temperature consistency. Users can monitor equipment for signs of degradation before it fails and becomes a costly problem. Areas where energy efficiency can be improved upon can be easily spotted and quality assurance checks can be performed at a safe distance away.

Users can quickly locate problems and diagnose them faster with the FLIR MSX image enhancement technology for added detail.
