The Teledyne FLIR TOTALCARE-E8PRO TOTAL CARE Priority General Maintenance and Calibration Service is designed for use with the FLIR E8PRO Thermal Camera (not included). The TOTAL CARE service allows for the thermal camera to be kept in optimal performance condition and avoid unforeseen downtime.

The TOTAL CARE service offers priority calibration and adjustment with a full service inspection, FLIR factory certificate of calibration, 'as found' measurement results, 'as left' measurement results, firmware update, full service preventive maintenance, camera performance and image optimization, and measurement adjustment. Furthermore, priority service is offered along with loaner equipment being issued if the turnaround time for service exceeds seven calendar days and service freight being covered in the Continental US, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, and UAE. With the TOTALCARE-E8PRO, the E8PRO unit is assured to be accurate and performing to factory specifications.
