The Teledyne LeCroy 3CP1002 Current Probe is a DC to 2 MHz bandwidth active AC/DC coupled probe, featuring 2 ranges of 100 A Peak, 70 A rms / 10 A Peak, 7 A rms, fast and accurate waveform capture, risetime of ≤ 175 ns and low test circuit loading. This probe can be used with any oscilloscope having a 1 MΩ BNC input.
