The Teledyne LeCroy ZD1500 differential probe features low noise, very high input impedance and high common mode rejection, and is ideally suited for signal integrity measurements in high-speed digital systems. With low input capacitance and high input resistance, circuit loading is minimized.
The ZD1500 can be used with a variety of Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes running MAUI firmware version 6.4.1.x or later.
With the ProBus interface, the probe becomes an integral part of the oscilloscope, able to be controlled from the oscilloscope's front panel. The oscilloscope provides power to the probe, so there is no need for a separate power supply or batteries.
The ZD1500 probe provides wide dynamic range, excellent noise and loading performance and an extensive set of probe tips, leads, and ground accessories to handle a wide range of probing scenarios. The low 1 pF capacitance means this probe is ideal for all frequencies.
