The Telestream SPG8000A-DPW Hot-Swappable Redundant/Backup Power Supply Module is an accessory which adds a second hot-swappable, redundant power supply to the user's SPG8000A Master Sync/Clock Reference Generator. This option removes the risk of sync loss due to power supply unit failure and minimizes disruption in operations. The main unit will periodically test the backup power supply to verify the performance. If the test fails, a fault will be indicated on the LED fault indicator along with an error message to notify the user that the power supply must be replaced. The module is hot-swappable for easy replacement and features a locking mechanism to prevent the power cable from accidental disconnection.

This option is factory-upgradable and must be purchased with the SPG8000A Master Sync/Clock Reference Generator.
