The Triplett IRTUV50 IR Thermometer with built‐in UV refrigerant leak detector and flashlight measures non‐contact (infrared) temperature measurements with the touch of a button while the built‐in coaxial laser pointer increases target accuracy. The unit includes 5 blue UV lights for detecting refrigerant leaks in automotive and HVAC systems (UV dye not included).

The Triplett IRTUV50 12:1 IR thermometer comes with UV leak detection and instantly measures the temperature of objects without making contact. It has 5 Blue UV lights for detecting refrigerant leaks in automotive and HVAC systems (UV dye not included). The backlit LCD display has a selectable °F or °C readout. The automatic data hold features freezes the readings on the display when the trigger is pulled. Auto power off shuts the IRTUV50 off after 10 seconds to conserve battery life. Additional features include:
