- Connects analyzer and DC bias unit system to a surface mount Device Under Test
- Passes up to 125A DC bias current

- Passes up to 125A DC bias current
- Frequency Range: 20 Hz to 3 MHz
- DUT Max Temperature: 200 °C for 1 hour
- Connections:
- Measurement leads connect to the analyzer (3255B/3260B) front panel BNC's
- High current leads connect to high current terminals of 3265B DC Bias Unit
- 2-terminal connection to bottom face of Device Under Test
The Wayne Kerr 1016 125A 2-Terminal SMD Fixture is used to connect an analyzer (3260B or 3255B series) and DC Bias Unit (3265B) system to a surface mount Device Under Test and pass up to 125A DC bias current.
