Coaxial Lighting System

The built-in coaxial illumination system provides bright lighting with no hot spots. The intensity can be raised or lowered with the included IR Remote Control. In PC mode, the measurement and imaging software enables taking accurate measurements, Auto Edge Locate, making on-screen notes, utilizing on-screen grids and overlays, time-lapse photography, and capturing stunning image and video files.

Heavy Duty Stand

The heavy duty stand included with this system features a tall metal post, designed to accommodate XY glide stands when required. The base features built-in clips that can be used to secure samples such as wafers, slides, metal sheets, films, or other flat materials. The fine-focus mount can be adjusted in precise increments to find the accurate focal point at high magnification levels.
