Immersion requirements for this probe are also a plus, with an immersion depth of 20 mm (0.8 in.). Getting into shallow or tight places is not a problem, either. And because this probe can handle temperatures from -200 °C to 350 °C, it is more versatile than most thermistors. Uncalibrated, this probe conforms to DIN/IEC Class A requirements with accuracy of ±0.15 °C at 0 °C.
