The Hakko FU601-60X Robotic Soldering Module (Straight Iron) is ESD-safe and designed to communicate with the FU-500 Intelligent Solder Feeder to perform soldering automation via robotic system integration. The tips can easily be repositioned or replaced via the tip alignment tool. Various nozzles can be installed via the optional Nitrogen (N2) adapter.

The Hakko FU601-60X Robotic Integration Soldering Station with Straight Iron, 300W, 120 to 940°F, is designed to communicate with the FU-500 Intelligent Solder Feeder (sold separately) and integrate with various robotic systems to achieve low-cost soldering automation.
Various nozzles (sold separately) are available to match the tip shapes and can be installed onto the iron with an optional Nitrogen (N2) adapter (sold separately).
The FU601-60X station uses TX2 series tips (sold separately) that feature 260W composite ceramic heating elements, which have a top controlled temperature of 500°C (940°F) and high mass shapes. The FU‐601 also supports 130W TX1 series tips (sold separately) with additional tip shapes.
The FU601-60X station includes a straight shaped soldering iron to meet a wide range of process requirements. Compatible tips (sold separately) can be easily replaced and the position of the tip end can be quickly adjusted using the tip alignment tool.
