This kit allows the user to vacuum, vacuum leak test, check vent temperatures, charge refrigerant, and add oil or dye to any R-134a or R-1234yf A/C system.

The 90066-BL-SF Black Series Spark-Free 1-Stage Vacuum Pump is durable and time-tested to stand up to the most grueling conditions and will provide years of reliable service. This vacuum pump provides the power and mobility necessary for a wide variety of applications. The spark-free design features approval for use with all air conditioning refrigerants, including A2L and A3 flammable refrigerants. The refined cartridge machining process creates an improved surface finish that extends the longevity of the pump life. The expanded internal oil path creates less friction and ultimately less heat while the upgraded seals ensure maximum vacuum. An easy grip handle and easily accessible oil drain valve offer easy access for users. With the easily removable vapor discharge and oil fill port along with the large oil level sight glass with a minimum/maximum oil level indicator, users can easily view the remaining amount of oil in the pump. The thermally-protected motor features an ON/OFF rocker switch, the check valve prevents oil back-flow, and the large reinforced base enables stable positioning. A T-Fitting with a 1/4 in. FL-M x 1/2 in. ACME-M connection is attached to the pump. A high-volume fan on the pump provides cool air to the motor and pump while the cooling fins keep the temperature cooler during extended motor operation.

The 66661-AYF R-1234yf/R-134a Brass Manifold Gauge Set features a brass manifold body with 2-1/2 in. silicone-dampened gauges that can be easily recalibrated in the field. The silicone-dampening of the gauges allows for less needle movement which creates readings with higher levels of accuracy. An extra access port is included for a vacuum line.

The 53123-YF Refillable R.1234yf Oil Injector features a heavy-duty, anodized aluminum container with dye scales represented in 1/10 oz., 1/4 oz., and millimeters. The nylon barrier blue hose meets J2888, EPA, SAE, and UL standards. The R-1234yf low side coupler includes an extended disconnect sleeve and meets SAE J639 and J2888 standards. Utilizing the 53123-YF is as simple as connecting the injector the low side of the A/C system and twisting the handle until the desired amount of oil is reached.

The Infrared Thermometer includes a laser pointer for the ability to easily view the measured range of the device. This tool features a 12-to-1 distance-to-target ratio and temperature range of -36.4 to 689 degrees Fahrenheit.
