The O.C. White 14305 6MP Hybrid HDMI/USB Camera is an exceptional smart camera that pulls double duty for both production and quality assurance needs. The camera automatically analyzes images. It optimizes white balance, exposure time, and saturation, presenting the best possible image without the need for manual adjustments beyond focusing. The 3D noise reduction function keeps images crisp and noise-free—even for long exposures in low light situations. Exposure times can be controlled from 2 ms to 10 seconds, with 20 levels of gain adjustment. Images are previewed at 2MP (1920 x 1080) resolution, and final images can be saved up to 6MP (3264 x 1836) resolution. Video is captured at 30 fps. Both images and video are saved to an included 16GB SD card.

The camera comes with Advanced Imaging and Measurement Software Suite (AIMS) already installed. Controlled by a mouse using the USB port, this software runs without an additional PC. As a result, users can capture and save high-resolution stills and video, label the results, take measurements, and save the data for future comparison.

Integrated Smart Camera Controls

The camera features both HDMI and USB outputs, and has integrated smart camera controls with a host of onboard software features, including Image Capture, Real Time Compare, Calibrated Measure, and Ultra-High Sensitivity. Image Capture enables users to quickly capture image and videos while inspecting directly to the 8GB SD card. Users can then sort and archive to a PC. Real Time Compare enables users to compare live video feed with previous captured images. Users can then search and sort for instant comparison.

The Calibrated Measure feature enables an entire array of Measurement Tools for high precision and repeatable measurements without a PC. The Ultra-High Sensitivity feature provides industry leading low light sensitivity for crystal clear images where competitors cameras fail. More sensitivity equals less light required, which means less glare.

Advanced Imaging and Measurement (AIMS) Software Suite

The O.C. White 14305 6MP Hybrid HDMI/USB Camera is supplied with the Advanced Imaging and Measurement (AIMS) Software Suite. Features exclusive to the software suite include Extended Depth of Focus and Image Stitching.

Extended Depth of Focus is a specialized tool that allows for 'stacking' of multiple image captures of tall objects taken at various focal lengths, into a single super high clarity image.

Image Stitching is a feature that is especially helpful when inspecting something that is too big to view all at once. Capture multiple images of the object, then 'stitch' them together digitally to create a single extra-large image.

The PC software suite furthermore features Image and Video Capture, Live vs Frozen Image comparison, Calibrated Measurement, Labeling, Digital Noise Reduction, and Export to Excel.
