The RIDGID 918-I-Complete (64977) Roll Grooving Machine with Wheel Stand and 2 in. to 12 in. Groove Roll Set, 45 RPM, 1/2 HP, 115V, forms rolled grooves in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, PVC pipe and copper tubing. It is capable of grooving 1" to 8" schedule 40 and 1" to 12" schedule 10 pipe faster than any roll grooving machine in its class. The grooves are formed by the hydraulic feeding of a grooving roll into the pipe which is supported by a drive roll.

Powered by a 1/2 HP universal motor and heavy-duty transmission, the 918-I produces high quality grooves consistently and effortlessly. It is also equipped with a custom-designed, two-stage hydraulic pump that minimizes pipe flare, operator fatigue and hydraulic fluid leaks.

The 918-I Complete is supplied with a rugged wheel stand built for mobility in the shop without compromising stability. The stand's tray is tough enough to support 200 lbs.
